A Grand Adventure (PT 2)
I met Dave Ramsey. Twice. But I suppose the second time you see someone it’s not meeting them again, so maybe he’s an acquaintance now. I thought about just ending it there, no more needed to be said, but actually a lot needs to be said. Just because I met Dave and nearly shoved my husband away to be by Ken so I could stand by Dave is not what is most important on this adventure. I met my husband at a bar.
I didn’t think that was going to happen. It all started when Chad finally thought about hanging out with me on NYE, 14 years ago. I also started to enjoy someone making the bed, switching out old towels for new, and taking…

We celebrated with family and had an awesome time. After cleaning up for the day, I climbed the stairs to go to the bathroom. I remember feeling very relieved that the day went well, I was a little tired, but happy. I went to the bathroom. I saw blood. I knew. We called the doctor, they said to just see how the weekend progressed and to check in on Monday. Being early on and a couple of months along,…
